Our validation software offers true objective valuation.

It contains over 100,000 products with over 4 million pieces of data. The back-catalogue for the database is pre-1980. The tool allows customer choice; complete transparency on products selected; objectivity on validation; savings extend to validation to supplier discount, with a further saving possible on brand switching; competition between suppliers to win the business; and a comprehensive audit trail for clients.

The tool can be deployed internally by clients and also out in the field with adjustors, surveyors or other contracted parties.

Replacement

Our supply chains have been created to ensure cost efficiency but also customer choice. We have high street retailers for brand recognition, etailers for cost and convenience; and manufacturers. They offer a selection of direct delivery or voucher with an array of delivery, install and disposal options.

Key differentiators are:

  • Access to a wide range of suppliers for customer choice, inclusive of Apple.
  • The ability to allow the customer to use a local/independent supplier.
  • Categories not traditionally replaced, such as, hearing aids and spectacles, which can include home visits for the less mobile

Cash is also something that can be offered where more appropriate, and we can make this via a Faster Payment System, so the customer would have this in their account same day. This plethora of options allows us to take into account the factors affecting the individual making the claim.
