Operating out of our new Surry Hills, Sydney office, BeValued are currently recruiting for Mobile Phone Product Specialists. Full training will be given for the role which will be primarily customer service focused. However additional knowledge around specific product categories including Mobile Phones and Mobile Phone Accessories would be seen as a benefit.
Key skills
- Experience in a sales and/or customer service role
- Good negotiating skills
- A focus on customer journey
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Be able to work as part of a team or individually within the role requirements
- Basic level of computer literacy
